The Living Word
God's word is the greatest treasure we've been given for successful living.
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness”- 2 Timothy 3:16
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”- Hebrews 4:12
The Bible is alive and active- it’s the Living Word of God, and that’s why it is able to speak into any situation you’re facing in real time. I find it so ironic that people say the Bible isn't real when it was written over 1500 years by 40 different authors on 3 continents and maintained perfect literary alignment. Try writing 1 chapter on any subject with 1 friend who is not in your presence and see how it turns out. You will quickly see it's probably a mess. Yes, the Bible is indeed the Living Word of God and we should read it daily, because it is God's treasure trove to us.
