It is not meant as a condescending title, but rather an attempt to see deep biblical truths that are easy to apply to our lives for better living in a distracted and busy world. So many people feel stressed and overwhelmed. I hope these biblical truths give everyone a new tool to find peace in the middle of chaos and light and love in a world where they can seem elusive,
Bible For Dummies 4. Come as you are! You don’t need to get yourself cleaned up or made up. Jesus loves and accepts you just as you are. He’s the God of the fat chance, slim chance, no chance, the 2nd chance and the last chance. He loves to show his people who He is when the odds seem stacked against us. Just cry out to Him. Jesus help! He will! Just ask Gideon, Jehoshaphat, Daniel, David, Joseph, Joshua, Peter, Paul, Joseph and Mary and many other ordinary people God used to overcome huge odds to do extraordinary things.
