It is not meant as a condescending title, but rather an attempt to see deep biblical truths that are easy to apply to our lives for better living in a distracted and busy world. So many people feel stressed and overwhelmed. I hope these biblical truths give everyone a new tool to find peace in the middle of chaos and light and love in a world where they can seem elusive,
Bible For Dummies 3: The tiredness you’re feeling is not from the weight you're carrying but from how you’re carrying the weight. You’re trying to do it in your own strength instead of in God’s strength and it's crushing you. Give it to God, put him first and He will give you rest for your soul.
