Tough lessons but worth it all in the end.
Perseverance is required in order to receive God's best for your life.
There are many tough lessons in the Christian Faith, and often we must come to our wits end in order to finally be ready to receive them, because our faith must be tested like gold so it can be refined and proven to be of worth. This often requires some pain and leaving our comfort zones. But God wants to take us where He desires us to be, and we can't usually get there in our own understanding. Here are a few things I have learned recently that I hope help you as well: Don’t chase crumbs when God has prepared a kingdom for you. You can’t receive more when your hands are still full of what’s less. You can’t move forward when you’re still looking backward. Sometimes you need to say no to what looks good in order to wait on what’s from God, just like Joseph went from prison to Palace and David went from Shepherd's Fields to the throne. Your story is still unfolding. And in God‘s perfect timing, everything can change in an instant for those who remain faithful even when they cannot see.
Another tough lesson is to stop trying to get people to believe in you and believe in yourself, the way God believes in you. God doesn’t need a committee to bless you, and He doesn’t need permission to elevate you. When He determines it’s time, He will bring it about. When you stop asking man for what only God can provide you step into a new level of provision, peace, and purpose. You stop striving and start seeking him with all your heart. A resume opens doors in the natural, but an anointing moves mountains in the spiritual. You don’t have to announce your anointing or seek others approval of it. People feel it when you walk into a room because it’s supernatural. We must stop shrinking to try to fit in the spaces that were never meant for our power. God has bigger and better plans for us than we can ever imagine.
Psalm 46:10 says "Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” One way this happens is when God takes our ordinary and adds His extraordinary to bring about results that are disproportionate with our abilities . Then people know for sure that God deserves all the glory.
