Real Faith
Real faith is enduring faith!
Real faith is enduring faith, not circumstantial faith. It is above our circumstances.
Prayer should never be our last response, but rather our first inclination. It is the relationship with Jesus that matters most and that requires time spent both speaking and listening, and that is an ongoing process.
Real faith begins when we don’t get the answers to our prayers we’re hoping for. Will you still trust Him when you cannot see the way forward? In the difficult moments of faith when things make no sense at all, we must remember that God has eternity in mind to work all the things out that we can’t see. Do you trust him? That requires real faith, and it also often requires us to surrender our understanding over to Him completely.
Can you worship a God who isn’t obligated to explain his actions to you? Could it be your arrogance that makes you think God owes you an explanation? Tough questions are part of our real faith journey!
