Knee mail
This is a subtitle for your new post
1 Thessalonians 5:17 says "pray continually." This verse is letting us know in know uncertain terms that we need more knee mail, not more email. We need to unplug from the noise of the digital fentanyl world and come into the peace of the presence of the Lord via prayer. Here's my prayer for today, I hope it blesses you.
Lord, when the storm is raging inside of me and all around me, bring your peace. When I am weary, Lord, bring your endurance. When I am weak Lord, bring your strength. When days seem long and joy is hard to come by, Lord bring your presence. Lord when I am distracted, which is often, bring your clarity. Lord, when I put other things before you or create false idols like money, help me rearrange quickly and help me break the strongholds in my life through the power of your word found in the Bible and through prayer. In Jesus mighty name. Amen!
