Held together
Jesus holds us together in the storms of life when everything around us is crumbling.
We must remember who holds everything together when our world looks like it’s falling apart. Many times in this broken world, things will appear to be crumbling, both individually and collectively. At those moments, it’s imperative to have a go to promise of hope that you can cling to. For me, Colossians 1:15-17 is one of those because it beautifully reminds me of the One who is truly in control! He holds all things together, including our lives themselves!
“The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.“ -Colossians 1:15-17
