Deeper Trust

"For we live by faith, not by sight. "- 2 Corinthians 5:7



God’s movement doesn’t require your understanding, it requires your trust. Trust means you put God 1st in your heart's posture. He is not just another file in your filing cabinet, He is the filing cabinet that all other files fit under. Silence combined with action, rooted in trust, breaks the enemies power. You announce to heaven that you are ready for the revelation when you move before anything is evident to others. You don’t need to wait for their validation, you need to move before others can see it.

Movement can mean being still in His presence or stepping out in faith, but it always involves an uncomfortable level of abandonment to self and a deep Proverbs 3:5-6 like trust. Strength requires waiting, not worrying. Faith doesn’t need an audience, it’s usually a private test of obedience. What do you do when no one’s watching? Don’t let the urgency of your need keep you from enjoying the intimacy of God’s presence as you seek His will. He loves the alone time. It's when He prepares you for your destiny.
