The symptoms of brokeness are everywhere, but God is the answer we are searching for.
God has the answers to all of our questions.
We can see the symptoms of the brokeness of humanity all around us. Sin is a scourge who's tenacles reach throughout every aspect of our broken world. The really scare thing is it's all self-inflicted. The main casue is we have traded in the Holy Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit for the unholy trinity of me, myself and I. We often mistake rebellion against God for freedom but it’s actually bondage. That’s what focus on self does. It causes fear based on self-absorption that allows no time for God's input to manifest in one's life. Kingdom of “self” is heavily defended territory, but the answer is always available if we're willing to stop and admit our pain and decide to turn back to God's way. What we find there is selflessness brings true freedom when we abandon ourselves to God and let Him use us for His purposes. Then His peace reigns over our lives and we are truly free indeed. We have questions but He has all the answers we need.
