The Mystery of Christmas

This is a subtitle for your new post

Jesus came to proclaim that His Kingdom was eternal and all others are temporary and fragile. He came in such a profoundly personal and humble way, away from all the “noise” of the Roman Empire, born in the quiet of the night in a tiny Judean Countryside town of Bethlehem and announced first to only lowly Shepherds. Thus proving right from the start how very different His Kingdom truly is- accessible to all, not based on prestige or money, and not built on human power but on His love and grace and fueled by His eternal power. He came to save the lost and provide hope for the hopeless. He is Immanuel- God with us! Let us celebrate the mystery of it all today, knowing the Svior of the world has come to rescue us.

6 “For to us a child is born,

to us a son is given,

and the government will be on his shoulders.

And he will be called

    Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”- Isaiah 9:6
